We are currently seeking a Physician Assistant - Family Practice to fill an opening in Portland, OR. Will provide preventative medical care for children and adults.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive exams and preventative care for all ages 0-100.
- Treatment of acute and chronic health conditions.
- Conducts histories and physical examinations and prescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards.
- Develops treatment plans in collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medical issues as needed.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of medical care and monitors progress of patients.
- Maintains medical records.
JOB DETAILS:
- W2 + medical/dental/vision benefits for full-time providers
- Flexible Schedule:
- Full Time M-F (8AM - 5:00PM)
- No call or weekends required
- Start Date: ASAP
- Credentialing Estimate: 1 month
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active/Unrestricted WA
- BLS/ACLS Certification
- Active/unrestricted DEA
- 1 year experience preferred
