Job Details:
- Part-time, varied shift coverage
- The Provider will be performing primary health care and seeing all ages for wellness/sick visits follow-up consults, vaccinations, and prescribe to patients
- Responsibilities also include ordering and evaluating necessary tests, patient management, and collaborating with physicians and other departments as needed.
- At least 2 years experience as an NP/PA working in a primary care/urgent care outpatient setting is required
- Vermont license and DEA certified
- Competitive per diem compensation
