· Schedule: M/Th/F 8a-4p, Tu 8a-6p, W 8a-12p, F 8a-4p, Sat 8a-12p
· NP or PA
· Employee Health Clinic for employees and their families
· 10-12 patients per day
· EMR- eClinicalWorks

Willingboro, NJ
· Dates: 7/8-10/5 Mon-Fri with 3rd Sat of every month
· Schedule: M/Tu 8a-5p, W 8a-5p, Th 8a-5p, F 8a-12p, Sat 8a-12p
· NP or PA
· Ages 5+,
· Clinic staffed with 2 MAs and 1 Provider,
· Dispensary on-site
· Avg 10-12 ppd.
· EMR: eClinical Works

REQUIRED:
· Active NJ license
· Active DEA
· Certifications- ACLS and BLS
· Two-years Primary care NP experience

COMPENSATION:
