Office Assistant (Part-Time 30 hours/week)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, leadership, and recruitment/sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to handling tasks.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
  • Perform general clerical duties, data entry, and organizing electronic files.
  • Maintain and update office records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of staffing contracts.
  • Assist the CEO and leadership team with day-to-day tasks.
Office Supplies and Maintenance:
  • Monitor and replenish office and breakroom supplies as needed.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
  • Ensure packages are received and put away.

Quaifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or in the process of obtaining bachelor's Degree
  • Strong Computer Sklls
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, typically 30 per week. The schedule can be adjusted to accommodate the availability of the selected candidate.
