Nurse Practitioner Rocky Mount, NC
We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Rocky Mount, NC. We are looking for a provider who can join us on either a part-time basis or full-time basis providing direct patient care. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point injections and Regen med injections done IM (intramuscularly) or in joints.

Duties:
  • Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
  • Order and review tests/labs
  • Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
  • Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
  • Manage patient care
  • Treatments- perform trigger point and joint injections (ultrasound guided)
  • Documentation and progress notes
  • Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Nurse Practitioner license in NC
  • Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
  • Experience with US guided joint injections a plus but we can provide training if needed
Schedule:
  • 4-day work week (Mon- Thurs)
Compensation:
  • $90k-$110k (DOE and schedule PT/FT) plus bonus compensation
