Arc Health is seeking Advanced Practice Providers (PA or NP) who can do women’s health exams and prenatal care, as well as outpatient primary care services in the area surrounding Ogema, Minnesota. Ogema is a small town located in western Minnesota, USA situated in Becker County and is part of the Detroit Lakes Micropolitan Statistical Area and home to the Ojibwe people. Ogema is approximately 25 miles northeast of Detroit Lakes and about 50 miles east of the North Dakota-Minnesota border. Ogema had a population of around 180 people. It's a tight-knit community with a small-town feel. The town was established in the late 1800s and was named after Ogema, Wisconsin. It was initially built along a railroad line, which contributed to its early growth. Ogema's economy has historically been based on agriculture, with farming playing a significant role in the community. Small businesses and local services also contribute to the town's economy. While Ogema is a small town, it offers access to outdoor recreational activities typical of the rural Midwest, such as hunting, fishing, and hiking.
