Provides clerical and administrative support to the Recruiters including accessing and processing applicants in applicant tracking system, typing, file maintenance, record keeping, scheduling meetings, etc. Provides back-up support to Recruiters for job postings, data-base searches, pre-screening interviews, and candidate management such as applicant status updates, follow-up with candidates/hiring managers, recycling candidates, candidate folders, etc. Coordinates travel for candidate on-site interviews and processing reimbursements for travel expenses. Coordinates packing for conferences/job fairs, makes travel arrangements for Recruiters and other related activities.

Requirements

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of strong administrative support experience; previous experience in Recruitment and/or Human Resources preferred.

License: N/A

Excellent interpersonal/people skills; customer service skills.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
