Clinic APP (perm) needed in Huron, SD
  1. Order Description:
    1. Type (Guaranteed or, locum or perm): PERM
    2. Position (For example MD/DO or NP, PA, CRNA): APP ( NP or PA)
    3. Role (For example ER or ER+IP): Clinic
    4. Annual volume (& daily volume), (If applicable): 12-15 per day
    5. Any second coverage): NA
    6. Shift options (for example 10-, 12-, 24 hr shifts): 40 hour week
    7. EMR:
    8. Trauma level: NA
  2. Candidate Requirements:
    1. State License(s) accepted: SD
    2. DEA/CSR required?: Yes
    3. Covid/Flu Vaccination Requirements:
    4. BC/BE – will site accept non-boarded? Under what conditions: BC
    5. What boards are accepted? PA or NP
    6. c. Residents –Y/N and what are the details? NA
    7. Life Certifications needed (ATLS/CALS, ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP, ALSO, etc.), is ATLS waived if ABEM: BLS
    8. Will facility accept CALS in lieu of ATLS: Y/N NA
