Details:
  • Setting: family practice primary care (minor acute/urgent care cases)
  • Must be able to see all ages on a full-time basis
  • Full support staff: 2 MA, 2 patient educators, 1 NP, 1 Physician
  • Available to help for May 2024
Required:
  • IL state license
  • IL DEA
  • BLS
