**NP/PA Family Medicine opening in Stayton, Oregon**
- Located in Stayton, OR - Salem 15, Portland 60m
**Position Details:**
- Full-time, 32-36 hours of clinical patient care per week, with attendant administrative time and tasks.
- Seeking a NP/PA to come join our Primary Care Team
- We are a 4-star rated Hospita
- Independent, not-for-profit, 40 bed acute-care community-based hospital with 13 clinics across 8 specialties settled in the foothills of the Cascades serving many recreational sites as well as agricultural communities
-The candidate can expect to care for a spectrum of primary care concerns on a given day, seeing a panel of families and individuals through both chronic illnesses and acute concerns.
- The provider is the anchor of an integrated clinical team, including medical assistants, behavioral health clinicians, community health workers, and others.
- The successful candidate may be flexible in providing care across our clinic system, working with multiple colleagues from week to week, or may be located in a home clinic.
**Qualification/Education/Requirements:**
- Active Licensed PA or NP in the state of Oregon
- Current DEA License
- 2 or more years of experience, preferably in rural community medicine
