Assistant Office Manager Thornton, CO (10 miles N of Denver)
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Office Manager to join our medical practice full time in the Thornton, CO. Ideally, our incoming Assistant Office manager is self-motivated, a strong leader who has excellent customer service skills, someone who is a quick problem solver who can get things done. We prefer the candidate have some college education and have several years of experience managing a staff (not required to be in medical).
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Manager and help Oversee in the overall office to include flow of our Medical Clinic, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • HR responsibilities including but not limited to PTO tracking, hiring and firing staff, training Staff, and employee reviews and incentives
  • Handle patient scheduling, queries, and employee disputes with empathy and efficiency.
  • Oversee phone communications, faxing, and updating our accounts, maintaining impeccable organization.
  • Managing spreadsheets and goals and holding team accountable for goals
  • Assist with billing- Patient financial breakouts and changes to accounts, review daily charges for accuracy
  • Spearhead the introduction of new systems, offers, and promotions for team/office growth. Regular audits of office processes
  • Handle patient scheduling, queries, and employee disputes with empathy and efficiency.
  • Oversee phone communications, faxing, and updating our accounts, maintaining impeccable organization.
  • Follow up on annual/biannual x-ray and any needed office equipment inspections.
  • Assist with Patient interactions, coordination of care as needed, patient re exam follow up x-ray & modality training
  • Event/marketing planning and management
Requirements:
  • Several years previous management experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership skills, communication and customer service skills
Schedule:
  • Full time
Salary:
  • $60k - $70k per year (depending on experience)
