This thriving community, hospital located one hour from Charlotte and Asheville, North Carolina is looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their hospitalist team.
The Opportunity:
• Work a block schedule 7 on and 7 off, 12-hour night shifts
• No Call
• Excellent retention amongst staff with 24/7 Physician support
• No ICU, OB, or procedures
• Must have 1 year of experience
The Compensation:
• Hourly rate plus bi-annual incentive bonuses
• Commencement bonus
• Amazing compensation package with Health Insurance covered 100% by company and includes coverage for all family members
• Great retirement plan - 25% of your salary is put into a retirement account for you each year, paid by the group on top of your salary and not taken from your salary
• CME allowance
• Malpractice with tail coverage
• W2 or 1099 model option
