The NP/PA will play a crucial role in our healthcare team, providing comprehensive medical care under the supervision of our physicians. This position involves assessing patient health, diagnosing conditions, formulating treatment plans, and monitoring outcomes. Job Responsibilities

Perform detailed patient evaluations, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and manage patient care outcomes.
Prescribe medications and treatments in compliance with medical guidelines and state laws.
Conduct minor surgical procedures and provide assistance in major surgical operations.
Offer education and counseling to patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and lifestyle adjustments.
Maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring all practices comply with privacy and healthcare regulations.
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
Engage in continuous education to remain current with medical research and best practices in patient care.
Support the facility’s objectives for quality assurance and contribute to the overall mission of providing outstanding healthcare services.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited institution.
Valid NP or PA license in California, with current national certification.
At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a preference for backgrounds in primary care or specialized medical disciplines.
Demonstrated excellence in clinical skills, with a solid foundation in evidence-based practices.
Outstanding communication abilities and the skill to effectively engage with patients, families, and team members.
