- Start Date – ASAP
- Credentialing Estimate – 1 month
- Combination of Urgent Care and Primary Care setting
- Collaborate with other providers. Work with other providers and medical assistants to ensure a high standard of care.
- Refer Patients. As needed, refer patients to off-site specialists.
- Active/Unrestricted TX PA License
- BLS/ACLS Certification
- Active/unrestricted DEA
