Full time or Part time
We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Salem, OR. We are looking for a provider who can join us either on a full-time or part time basis providing direct patient care. Our ideal NP is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point injections and Regen med injections done IM (intramuscularly) or in joints.

Duties:
  • Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
  • Order and review tests/labs
  • Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
  • Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
  • Manage patient care
  • Treatments- perform trigger point, joint and regen med injections (we will provide training)
  • Documentation and progress notes
  • Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Nurse Practitioner license in OR
  • Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
  • Experience with joint injections a plus but we will provide training
Compensation:
  • $120k-$150k per year (DOE)
