**Family Medicine NP/PA Opening in Albany, Oregon** Located 80 miles from Downtown Portland; 10 miles from Corvallis **Position Overview:** - Full-time, permanent - 40 hours per week, includes 24 patient contact hours - Multi-specialty group - Multi-specialty group in Oregons Mid-Willamette Valley, is actively recruiting an advanced clinical practitioner to support a busy Family Medicine team. - The clinic offers competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, generous CME and much more. - Provide same-day or next-day access for patients of all ages with urgent, low-acuity care needs - Conduct hospital and emergency room follow-up appointments - Conduct CMS Annual Wellness Visits as needed - Act as the day-call provider, managing patient cases, and providing care for patients whose primary care physician is out of the office - Meet on a regular basis with family medicine physicians to review patient charts, collaborate on patient cases, and discuss workflow and expectations - Attend and actively participate in family medicine department meetings **Qualifications:** - AANP or ANCC certified family nurse practitioner or NCCPA certified physician assistant - Experience working in a busy primary care clinic - Comfortable, confident caring for complex and co-morbid patients - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work independently, and as a collaborative team player **Medical Group Details:** - Founded on the simple premise that doctors are the patient's best advocate.
