We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine practice in Webster City, IA. This opportunity offers a traditional outpatient setting, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Compensation: $100,000 0 $115,000 first year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality outpatient care to patients of all ages.
• Build and manage your own patient panel.
• Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Work a minimum of 4.5 days per week (36 hours) with no weekends or call.

Qualifications:

• Current NP or PA licensure in Iowa.
• Board certification as an NP or PA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide care to patients of all ages.
• Commitment to long-term employment and local or contiguous state residence.
• Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of family medicine NP or PA experience.
