Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is based on experience ($105,000 - $130,000/year)
• Health Insurance – Employer pays 75% (Employee: $66.19-$151.86 biweekly)

Responsibilities

• Monday – Thursday (8:00 am – 5:30 pm) & Friday (8:00 am – 12:00 pm)
• Educate patients on preventative care & prescribed treatments
• Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient’s care plan
• Must be able to see patients of all ages.

Requirements

• Clear and active FNP license in the state of Florida
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
