Your Role with the Company:

• Full-time, permanent position. Clinic is open Monday – Thursday from 10a-6p, Friday from 9a-6p and Saturday from 9a-3p.
• APP will work at 3 different locations - Addison, Melrose Park, and Bellwood
• Quality of life is valued by this team – no call required
• Outpatient primary care seeing all ages
• FNP/PA will see an average of 20 – 25 patients a day

Background Profile:

• FNP/Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN, MSN or Physician Assistant/PA-C
• Bilingual Spanish speak is a plus!
