About the Opportunity:

As a Blue Zone Certified healthcare facility, we are dedicated to creating a positive impact in our community. We invite primary care Nurse Practicitioners and Physician Assistants, whether experienced or early in their careers, who share our commitment to compassionate healthcare to apply.

Practice Setting:

• Join a team of physicians in our award-winning healthcare system
• Access multiple subspecialty departments, including Endocrinology, Radiology, OB, Orthopedic Surgery, Oncology, and Neurology
• New graduate-friendly system with opportunities for professional growth
• Spanish fluency is required

Schedule:

• 100% outpatient practice
• 4-day clinic work week
• Rotating weekend responsibilities (the clinic is open for 3 hours on Saturday mornings)
• Busy practice with the ability to see 20+ patients per day

Compensation & Benefits:

• $132,000 - $165,000 annual compensation
• Generous recruitment incentive
• NHSC loan repayment eligible
