Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $140000.00 - $180000.00
Join an integrated system committed to providing the primary health services to the community surrounding Rapid City, South Dakota. The offer includes up to a $140,000 base salary, incentives, and a possible four-day work week. .
Opportunity Highlights
• $140,000 salary + incentive
• Rural health clinic with a nursing home attached
• No ER call
• Average 3 acute + 5 swing bed patients/day
• 4-day work week possible with efficient charting
• 160 hours of PTO annually
• Sign-on/relocation bonus
• Full benefits package including health and dental
