Rural Outpatient Clinic
Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m
4-day work week (10-hour days)
17-19 patients per day

FNP/PA-C, CA license, ACLS, BLS and COVID vaccine required
Salary: $118,659 - $158,198
4% retirement match (100% vested on day one)
