Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Primary Care

Responsibilities:

• Provide General Medicine care exclusively in an Inpatient Behavioral Health setting.
• Perform Initial History & Physical assessments (H&P) for patients.
• Conduct General Medicine Consults as needed.
• See approximately 15 encounters per day.
• Must have the ability to provide care for adolescent patients.

Schedule:

• Work 4 or 5 days per week.
• Shift hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Rotating weekend and holiday schedule required.

Facility Information:

• Setting: Inpatient Behavioral Health.
• Number of Beds: Approximately 100.
• EMR: HCS (Healthcare Computer Systems).
