Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group Creekside

Primary Care & Urgent Care

This clinic provides services to the surrounding community through a delivery model that is a combination of family medicine practice, walk-in urgent care as well as ancillary services. These services are co-located under the same roof, sharing the same space, and work in concert for the benefit of area patients by:

  • Addressing acute, preventative and chronic disease management
  • Serving as a continuity of care resource during evening and weekend hours
  • Provide a local resource for moderate lab, and digital x-ray needs
  • Finally meeting the acute needs of adults who may perceive they do not need a primary care physician but would benefit greatly from health management

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction in a collaborative environment to provide general Primary Care. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.

Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group is a collaborative partnership between St. Luke's Health System and Baylor College of Medicine.
