Federally Qualified Health Center is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA To work in a Primary Care setting in the Yuba City, CA area!

- Founded in 1964, this FQHC now offers comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health, pediatrics, chiropractic and specialty healthcare services in Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Sutter, Tehama and Yuba counties.
- This group has a total of 14 medical centers and 5 dental center located throughout Northern California.

Your Role with the Company:
- Full time, Monday-Friday, 8am- 5pm
- Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant will see all ages in a Primary Care setting
- APP will be based in the Yuba City clinic, but will also support the surrounding clinics (all within 25 miles)
Background Profile:
- 2+ years of experience as a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA in Family Medicine
