We value our employees, communicate our expectations, and train our team on best practices. 100k starting salary **Position Description** - Perform comprehensive medical assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews for patients of all ages. - Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions within the scope of family medicine practice. - Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medications, referrals, and lifestyle recommendations. - Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication-assisted treatment and counseling, to address addiction issues. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, counselors, and support staff, to provide holistic care. - Administer medical treatments and monitor patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans. - Educate patients and their families on addiction, treatment options, and prevention strategies. - Provide patient education on preventive care, healthy living, and disease management. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including the provision of addiction treatment in accordance with applicable guidelines and standards. - Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in our electronic health record system. - Participate in community outreach programs and mobile unit operations to ensure access to care for vulnerable populations. - Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in family medicine and addiction treatment and participate in ongoing professional development.    **Position Requirements** - Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program. - Current state licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant. - Experience in MAT and Family Medicine required.  - Strong commitment to family medicine and a passion for providing care to diverse populations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and mobile healthcare environment. - Compassion and empathy for patients of all ages and backgrounds. - Team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality family medicine care. - BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred. **Position Benefits** - Forward-thinking, collaborative, transparent, and inclusive company culture - Employee Assistance Program - Competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision plans - Competitive compensation - Paid Time Off - Gym membership discount - Tuition assistance - Medical, dental and vision insurance  - Employer contribution to a health savings account - 403(b) retirement plan with match - Employer-paid life insurance - Employer-paid long-term disability
