*Surgical Physician Assistant needed for a Locums or Locums to Perm Opportunity.
*Ideally located in a vibrant waterfront community overlooking the harbor, just 10 minutes from New York City, with a grand view of the Statue of Liberty.
*Full-Time, 40hrs per week.
*Ability to work a rotating schedule to include day, night, weekends and holidays.
*$100 – 105 per hour, including malpractice coverage.
*Primary routine patient care, new consults, trauma patient work-ups.
*OR time would be possible, likely soft tissue, laparoscopic and robotic abdominal surgeries.
*Provides pre-operative, operative, and post-operative patient care, under the direction and supervision of the attending surgeon.
• Will act as the neurosurgical liaison by evaluating and informing the on-call neurosurgeon of new and established patients.
