- Full-Time /Permanent position
- Rural clinic outpatient only
- 4 day work week schedule discussed during interview (1 Saturday rotation every other month)
- PPD is about 10-14
- The provider must be able to conduct preventative and wellness care, vaccines, walk-ins, and medical urgent care for all ages
- Must have at least 1 year of experience
- WI license in hand or in the process
