MHCC Family Practice Clinic - Rawlins

- Compensation: - $120,000 to $140,000 base salary + RVU bonus incentives.
- Benefits: -Medical Insurance is Blue Cross Blue Shield - plan payment will depend on what is chosen -Dental Insurance is Delta Dental -Vision Insurance is VSP -Employees can elect for ADD insurance (plan/payment depends on what is chosen) -Employees can elect for additional coverage such as short term disability -Employees can elect to use our EAP service (counseling) -MHCC covers malpractice and tail coverage - PTO is accrued after the first 30 days - accrues every pay period (twice a month) 6.77 hours per pay period. - Sick time is accrued 2.4 hours per pay period. -401K offered to employees -CME reimbursement is usually $3000 for midlevels and $5000 for physicians -Hospital funded loan forgiveness opportunities for midlevels - usually $45000 per 3 year contract term, $15000 per year with receipt submission -Relocation and/or sign on bonus is negotiable - either one or the other; both are not granted. -MHCC
