Client seeking NP/PA/MD for contract assignment in Melbourne, FL from December 19 - January 4. Specific dates are December 19 - 21, 26 - 29, January 2 - 4. Hours are Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, 6:30am - 5:00pm; December 27 - 29 is 7:00am - 5:00pm. Provider will see ages 6+ for primary care and acute care.
