· Flexible Schedule - 8 days on, 6 days off or 4 days on, 3 days off
· Full Scope Family Practice-
o Injections, Suturing, Derm
· 10-15 Patients Per Day in the clinic
· Round on swing bed patients at the hospital
· Critical Access Hospital- Very Light ER call- Avg. 1 per day
· New 5K Square Foot 12 Exam Room Clinic Finalized Summer 2023
· MR / CT-64 Slice (Paid in Full)
· Full Service Lab / Wellness Center with PT
· NHSC Site & State Repayment Available
