ASAC – credentialing in 30 days
Will contract for up to SIX months with option to extend
Facility prefers the provider to be able to cover 5x8 hour shifts per week. Will consider 4 days a week.
If a facility has weekend hours, one of those days can be a weekend – that just means that they will only work 4 weekdays.
Hours for all locations are typically 7:30am – 4:30pm or 8am – 5pm
OP clinic coverage
Census: Average of 22 to 24 patients per 8 hours
Procedures: None
EMR: Eclinical works
CA license and DEA required
