Client seeking NP/PA/MD for per diem assignment in Melbourne, FL from October 17 - October 26. Specific shifts are October 17, 18, 20, 26. Hours are October 17, 11:30am - 5:00pm; October 18, 20, 7:00am - 7:00pm; October 26, 6:30am - 5:00pm. Provider will see ages 6+ for primary care, acute episodic care, wellness exams & biometric screenings. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
