ConnectHealth is currently seeking a NP/PA long term Family Medicine coverage in Northern, CA to start in October.

Overview:
- NP or PA Family Medicine
- Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8am-5pm
- Long term coverage with potential to go permanent
- No call

Qualifications:
- NP or PA
- Chronic pain management experience preferred
- PAs must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
- NPs must have Furnishing License with Schedules II
- Active DEA needed before start
