Client is seeking NP/PA/Physician for contract assignment in Danville, IL. Shifts are September 11- 15, 18 - 22, 25 - 29, October 2 - 6. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm; Tuesday, Thursday 10:30am - 7:00pm. Provider will see ages 3+ in the clinic. 1 provider and 1 medical assistant also work in the clinic. Duties include diagnosing and treating chronic diseases and acute/episodic occurrences; performing physical examination and preventive health measures; ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests; recording physical findings and formulating plan and prognosis; submitting health care plans and goals; prescribing or recommending drugs or other forms of treatment; referring patients.
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment as well as experience using an EMR system. Must also meet all state requirements and be licensed in that state. Preferred qualifications are experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Medicine and phlebotomy certification.
