The Position:

• 1.0FTE opportunity – 36 patient facing hours/week

• Patient population is all ages but majority of time will be spent seeing 18+

• Team consists of 3 physicians and one FNP

• No call required

• EHR - Elation

• Beautiful, modern office space

Qualifications:

• Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program

• PANCE Certification

• Provider must meet employer credentialing standards
