Federally Qualified Health Center is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in an outpatient primary care setting located in the Northern California area!

Your Role with the Company:
- Full-time, 4 day work week, rotating call schedule (phone only)
- FNP/PA will be seeing patient ranging from peds to geriatrics - 17-19 patients per day
- Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will be involved in the full scope of care including procedures such as LARC insertion, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, d&c, skin biopsy, trigger point injection, and aspiration
- Advance Practice Provider also has the opportunity to work perform ultrasounds for first trimester scans, third trimester scans, AFI and NST
