**NP/PA - Primary Care Opening in Georgia**
-Located in Reidsville, GA.
-Full Time & Permanent Position.
Immediate opening for a full time Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner. The site is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center with an 12 county service area offering a fully integrated healthcare home experience for patients. The group serves all patients in need of primary healthcare, while eliminating traditional barriers to health services. Location is a designated high need site and eligible for National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment with a HPSA Score of 22.
