Solomon Page is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant for our client needing immediate Locum Outpatient Primary Care Coverage in Salem, Oregon:

• Location: Salem, Oregon.
• Practice Setting: Family Practice / Primary Care Clinic.
• Specialty Requested: Locum Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Schedule: Start ASAP, working 8-hour days, M-F, client requests some flexibility with NP / PA able to cover occasional Saturdays as needed. No Call requirements. If NP/ PA is local, the client might consider more of a “part-time” schedule.
• Scope of Practice: Family Medicine – Physicals, Women’s health, Chronic Disease management including Hypertension & Diabetes, some acute care/same-day urgent issues, employee health screenings, occasional telephone/video visits a possibility, etc.
• Average Census: Estimated 20 patients per day – all ages.
• EMR: EPIC.
• Full support Staff.
• License & Certification(s): Active Oregon license, DEA, & BLS.
• Travel & Lodging: Considered as needed.
• Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 30-60 Days.
