Medical group is currently seeking a Primary Care NP/ PA to join our primary care team. Group provides comprehensive services for the communities of Mendocino and Lake Counties that include primary care, dental, behavioral health, women's services, and specialty care services. There is strong team support and a multidisciplinary care team approach to care. The mission of Health Centers is to provide the highest quality healthcare for everyone in our communities. We ensure that there are no closed doors for those seeking care in Lake and Mendocino Counties.
