Advanced Practitioner opening in California Located in Ukiah, CA San Francisco 2hrs; Santa Rosa 1hr Full-time, permanent position NP or PA Experience outside training required Medical group is currently seeking a Primary Care NP/ PA to join our primary care team. Group provides comprehensive services for the communities of Mendocino and Lake Counties that include primary care, dental, behavioral health, women's services, and specialty care services. There is strong team support and a multidisciplinary care team approach to care. The mission of Health Centers is to provide the highest quality healthcare for everyone in our communities. You will have support. We run a Pod model for our medical team. This consists of a group of dedicated Medical Providers, MAs, LVN case managers, and LCSWs to provide true wrap-around care.
