Hello!
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our direct Community Health client needing immediate outpatient coverage in Northern California:
- Locations: Northern California, within 100 miles North of Reno, Nevada.
- Practice Setting: FQHC Community Health Center – Outpatient Facility.
- Available Schedule: ASAP / March 15 – June 15th (at least. Ideal candidate locum to perm – although not required). Client is open to candidate working 5 – 8hour days, or 4-10hour days per week.
- Qualifications: PA-C / FNP, ideally with experience in Community Health, but client might be open to new grads.
- Job Responsibilities: Standard Community Health / Outpatient services including - Chronic Disease management, women’s health, medication management, sports physicals, immunizations, etc. Client has specialists/referral network available as needed.
- Volume/Census: Current average of 14-16 patients per day. Mix of scheduled & walk-in appointments.
- EMR: TBD
- License & Certifications: Must have CA license, additional certs, TBD.
- Travel & Lodging: Client is open to reasonable travel and lodging needs to start.
