Mon & Thurs 7am-5pm, Tues & Wed 7am-3:30pm, Fri 7am-12:30pm
Employees, spouse/partner and dependent children ages 2+
Episodic, Immunizations, Flu Vaccination, CLIA waived testing (Rapid strep, glucose, urinalysis, cardio check, Influenza), Biometrics, Physicals, Labs (ordered internally and outside providers)
Acute visits, follow ups on labs.
Malpractice paid/weekly pay
