Sutter Independent Physicians is expanding across the Greater Sacramento region and is hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who want autonomy, strong physician collaboration, and the ability to practice medicine without feeling boxed in by a large system.
SIP is a physician-led network of more than 500 doctors that combines the independence of private practice with the stability, infrastructure, and shared resources of a respected regional organization. Clinics are smaller, relationships are tighter, and APPs are treated as trusted clinical partners rather than afterthoughts.
• Openings across Cardiology, Family Medicine, Hematology and Oncology, Spine Orthopedics, and Women’s Health, with additional specialties coming online regularly
• Physician-led, independent practices with less bureaucracy than large health systems
• APPs have meaningful autonomy, input, and collaboration with engaged physician partners
• Smaller clinic environments with a focus on patient access and quality care
