DESCRIPTION:

· 16-20 patients per day

· All ages

· EMR: NextGen

REQUIRED:

· CA state license; active, unrestricted (preferred)

· DEA

· BLS, must be done through AHA

COMPENSATION:

· Salary range: $135k to $160k, based on experience

SCHEDULE:

· 36 hours/week and 4 hours of admin time/week
