We are currently looking for a board certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our adult primary care practice within the multispecialty network known as BASS Medical Group in Brentwood and Concord, CA (San Francisco Bay Area).

• Outstanding opportunity to join our well-established network comprised of 465+ providers across 42 medical specialties
• Our providers offer the full spectrum of primary care services to adult and geriatric patients, including some GI and non-operative sports medicine, with the support of our experienced MAs and administrative staff
• Flexible full-time schedule with no evenings or weekends required; time will be divided between our two office locations in Brentwood and Concord

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of primary care experience required
• Familiarity with EPIC medical record system preferred
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
• State licensure and board certification is required

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $135,000 to $175,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
