Advanced Practice - Family Medicine Opening: Vernon, NY ~ Located 30m to Syracuse and Utica Position Details

  • M-F opportunity. No call, weekends or inpatient rounding.
  • Supported by practice management team for nursing/administrative support, EMR (Medent), coding, and quality initiatives.
  • Employed specialties include Cardiology, Family Medicine, ENT (with allergy and audiology), Gastroenterology, Neurology, Pulmonology (with Sleep Center), OBGYN, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Vascular Surgery and Quick Care.
  • Additional network specialties include Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Pediatrics, Thoracic Surgery and Urology.
  • Exciting service line additions include an on-campus Medical Oncology Center and Radiation Oncology Center
Education / Training / Experience / Certification / Licensure Bachelors degree and successful completion of an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program. Current New York State License and prescriptive authority. Minimum three years of experience preferred. Exciting new service line additions include an on-campus Medical Oncology Center and Radiation Oncology Center (both in partnership with Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center) and Wound Care (in partnership with Restorix).
