- Full time, permanent position in an outpatient setting
- Duties include: vaccines, sick/well visits, physical examinations, and patient follow-ups
- candidates will be expected to be able to deal with cases in chronic disease management
- At last 1 year of experience as a APP is required to be considered for this position
