Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive diabetes care, including CGM analysis and insulin pump management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a clinic setting.
- Utilize EPIC and AI ambient scribe systems for charting.
Qualifications
- Valid NY State License
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in relevant specialty
- Experience with EPIC required
- AHA or RQI certifications
Working Hours
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No nights, weekends, or on-call shifts
Skills
- Proficiency in managing diabetes care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with electronic medical record systems, particularly EPIC
