Established healthcare group is seeking an experienced Endocrinology Physician Assistant to join a growing specialty team in New Windsor and Monroe, New York. Provide high-quality outpatient endocrine care in a supportive environment alongside experienced endocrinologists. Ideal for candidates passionate about diabetes care, thyroid management, and metabolic health.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, adrenal, pituitary, and metabolic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and adjust treatment regimens.
• Review labs, imaging, and endocrine diagnostics.
• Provide routine follow-up and continuity care visits.
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans and lifestyle changes.
• Assist with CGM devices and minor endocrinology procedures.
• Coordinate care with physicians and specialists.
• Complete accurate EMR charting and documentation.
Qualifications
• NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant.
• Active New York PA license or eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of endocrinology or related APP experience required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• EMR experience preferred.
