🩺 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Evaluate and manage endocrine disorders (diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, etc.)
✔️ Conduct follow-ups and chronic disease management visits
✔️ Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
✔️ Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
✔️ Provide patient education and lifestyle counseling
✅ Requirements
✔️ Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
✔️ Experience in endocrinology or primary care preferred
✔️ Active New York license (or eligibility to obtain)
✔️ Strong clinical reasoning and patient management skills
✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
